This is the first article in a two part series that let readers vote on the best Nintendo games for the year.  We decided to show screenshots for all 100 game nominees. White check boxes made it easy for readers to check off their picks. The article used highly visible icons as clear calls for actions, asking readers to vote and also enter a contest. The fifth spread really tested the limits of how much text and artwork can fit on one page and still result in a coherent design.
