re-face outdated cabinet fronts (in hickory)
re-build island to increase size and functionality
replace existing granite countertop

1. new shaker style cabinet fronts and hardware. existing slate backslash remained per customer request. new silestone quartz countertop, under and overcabinet lighting, new sink, cooktop, fixtures, and refrigerator. 

2. new floor to ceiling wall of black finished shaker cabinets and built in sub zero refrigerator. glass front cabinets on top tier. 

3. re-designed island to increase usable workspace and new jenn-air gas cooktop. second 40"H tier added behind retracting exhaust fan.
