work in process on a project in chicago's lincoln park. plan included re-designing: kitchen: new cabinet doors; silestone CT replacing existing black granite; new black cabinet frig wall -- floor to ceiling; new UC and AC lighting. dr: built-in custom cabinetry in dining room including linen press drawers. master bath: new contemporary vanity with built-up caesarstone CT; new lighting fx; new plumbing fx, deck tub, shower room, and faucets. stairwell to basement family room and guest room: new sconce lighting; augmented downlighting, cut outs in drywall to improve lighting; removed stair carpeting, replaced with oak treads and risers.
