Deschutes River Ranch Book 

This book was specifically designed to hand out to potential buyers of a lot or buyers who have already purchased a lot.

A unique book was created for each lot to show the views available from the lot, the area a house can be built, which direction the sun rises and sets depending on the season, and elevations. Along with the specifications for each lot was the story of the original founders, a map of the horse trails, a story along with pictures of the working ranch, fly-fishing, swimming, community center and the future plans for Deschutes River Ranch.

Deschutes River Ranch worked hard to allow all properties a view of the river without damaging the wild life and to preserve a substantial amount of area between the homes and the river. Trails were developed for horse riding that connected each lot together along with some rides through the BLM land. In the middle of the property is the original Deschutes River Ranch which still operates and produces organic beef for local stores.
