The Faces of Indiana Tech: 05-06 President's Report

This is the Annual Report for the university I work for. It's a small, private institution with a relatively small amount of donors. The budget for the the report was pretty small, so extremely fancy printing, binding, or finishing was out of the questions. Still, the book had to represent the school well and bolster confidence in the money being donated by stakeholders.

A key way to bolster confidence in the school was to show stakeholders exactly what their money was being used for. That's where the theme for this year's report came from. "The Faces of Indiana Tech" shows investors the people that their dollars are supporting: faculty, students, staff...all the faces that make up Indiana Tech. Money donated to the university doesnt' just pay for getting grass cut and buying textbooks, it provides a future for students and supports the many families that make Indiana Tech the awesome institution it is.

Was the book successful? I'd like to think so. It one an Award of Excellence at the University & College Designers Association annual award show in Fall of 2007.
