thrane mejeri (cheesemaker) 

This is a project I did back in 2004 for one of the few remaining independent cheesemakers in Denmark, who still make cheese according to their traditions - as opposed to the big dairy corporations. I would like to stress that I'm pro-capitalism, but I prefer companies who have a holistic view on the world, instead of companies exclusively looking to maximize their profits.

Enough ranting. I designed the website and snapped some of the pictures that are used on the site. My aim in designing the website was to get a very "airy" feel, to reflect the types of cheese which they primarily make. I think it came out allright.
