This project was part of a student design competition for the Trump Tower Chicago Penthouse.  It placed third overall and was well received by the judging panel due to the use of a lighter color palette and the 3 dimensional rendered floor plan. 

The floor plan and 3D model were created in SketchUp and rendered with Podium.
