Berbere will provide the exquisite taste of Ethiopian cuisine while enjoying the breathtaking views of the impressive Chicago skyline.  Ehiopian cooking features an array of spices stewed with various meats and vegetables, served on injera, a crepe-like bread used in the place of utensils.  This unusual, yet sensual dining style along with high quality food and excellent service will provide guests with an experience unlike any other.  The design encompasses Ethiopian architectural details streamlined with modern accents, and the color palette is reminiscent of the spices themselves.
