This Brochure and Booklet were created for The GoHome Networks, Corvallis, Oregon. The project was developed over a period of time, meetings, and adjustments between November 2008 and January 2009.
The purpose of the Brochure, a simple 2-page spread, was as a marketing teaser. The Brochure could be sent out "cold" to prospective clients i.e. Realtors and real estate brokers. The extended Booklet consisting of 5 different spreads would be sent out to potential customers seeking further printed information of the company and it's products.
The design is based off existing company branding currently in use on the website (ActiveAgent.com) and in other forms of print design. Using the same fonts, colors and logos produces the desired consistency and brand recognition between design mediums.
