really enjoy carving in stone, the sundial was a very unique creation produced for several homes in the westhampton area of ny some sevral years back, this one sample here is arizona rainbow sandstone with a very heavy bluestone base, carved on all 4 sides of base is the horoscope all 12 signs, on top is the traditional sundial sunface, all deep carve with lots of detail, the honu sea turtle is a very nice 24 inch square 3" thick piece of very heavy ny state bluestone, the graphic is a very deep carve and then handpainted with enamel and oil pigments, completely sealed with laquers forall year round out door use. and last the chessboard created for a country club out here in sunny south hampton. deep carve gothic dragon look.
