PENTHOUSE.
Interior Design III Final Project.
Client Profile.

Tim and Mona Nason Are a young married couple Recently moved to the downtown Chicago area. They are looking for a place that can double as a home and an office. Tim is an architect with VOA and Mona Works for A newly started ad agency as a graphic designer.

-The couple prefer to work at home as well as in the office. Their Careers are also their hobbies. Business associates will frequent their home for small intimate meetings and conferences. The Design of the Penthouse should reflect their sophisticated and eclectic tastes, as well as entertain a rather large number of guests.
-Tim and Mona enjoy hosting dinners and networking parties, they called for a large open kitchen and centralspace for guests to gather and feel comfortable.
-Their is a private office positioned across from the entry so that work does not have to enter the house if not desired.
-And the master bedroom is position at the far end of the penthouse for maximum privacy.
