The name of the project is La Colmena de Gracia. The plan is to make an accurate and professional architectural blueprint of a rectangular shaped building that will provide spaces for a wide variety of artists and an academy for students.
The plans will present, advertise and explain the idea through many different formats such as
1. Architectural drawings detailing all the different sections.
2. A virtual 3D model.
3. A physical model of the building.
4. Artist conceptual drawings based on the technical drawings.
5. Cost Breakdown Grid.
6. The self sufficiency technologies and analysis.
7. The “Colmena de Gracia” Website.

This blueprint can be used as a template which can be converted to any city in Europe and will contain a "cost breakdown grid" so that this model can be easily adapted to different economic circumstances. The building will be as ecologically friendly and self-sufficient as possible.
