Google Sued for Patent Infringement

The latest lawsuit against Google involves a patent held by Kenneth Baclawski, a computer science professor at Northeastern University. Baclawski actually claims to have 10 patents, which can be viewed here, and are licensed by a patent company Jarg. The one that looks to be most relevant to this case would be the one for a distributed computer database system and method.
