General Electric prepares for Internet-ready TVs in 2009

As Internet TV seems to be getting closer and closer, GE makes a bold step into the HD LCD TV space with the internet as their pull. I guess it doesn't hurt to have your subsidiary, NBC Universal, behind you, especially when it includes "an open platform for content delivery".
