Unfortunately I found out about this a little late...but JustCreativeDesign.com’s contest for graphic design blog/article/tutorial entries is open through tomorrow March 4, 2008. This seems to be a very low commitment competition as you can just submit a link to where your content is already posted (bear in mind that it should be newly posted).
