an interactive visualization of the Austrian's Cultural Broadcasting Archive. the online archive of all radio broadcasts since 1999, is used by over 12 Austrian free radio stations.
archived radio broadcasts are displayed as balls on a timeline. the horizontal position on the timeline corresponds to the time when the broadcast was produced. six colored circles represent the main topics (e.g. "politics" or "media"). depending on the topic under which the broadcast has been filed, the color & position of the balls change. users can rotate the timeline around the x-axis to retrieve all broadcasts of a specific topic.
