Position Overview
The Production Design Coordinator works in the Communications Department, reporting to the Creative Director. The Production Design Coordinator is responsible for a variety of design projects and templates, article paste-ups, communicating with City Year brand managers across the country, and for maintaining and organizing all digital and physical project files.

Job Summary
• Creating and/or editing design files and prepping for delivery to printers including production and collection of all photos and graphics.
• Editing, maintaining, archiving, and filing creative resources.
• Maintain and update brand standards and guidelines including working with Brand Managers across the network.
• Work with digital images, including retouching, resizing, layering, color correction, re-cropping, troubleshooting, collecting all appropriate resources and labeling.
