Job Description:

The successful candidate must have extensive experience with interactive and multimedia design using macromedia Flash. Experience with flash scripting or programming using action script is required.

Primary Job Responsibilities
** Responsible for design, development, modification, and/or maintenance of applications leveraging advanced Flash programming with other technologies such as .NET/XML/C#/SQL Server
** Responsible for seamlessly integrating visual design elements for front-end user interface (UI) development

Core Qualifications
** 4-year college, tech or graduate degree in related field
** 5+ years of front end web application development using Macromedia Flash
** 5+ years programming interactive content
** 5+ Extensive experience with CSS and HTML
** Experience with design patterns/object oriented programming techniques
** Experience with creating and integrating animation, video and graphics using Flash
** Experience with Action Script 2.0 and 3.0
** Experience with consuming XML within Flash
** Strong problem-solving skills and Able to analyze requirements and design solutions for new projects
** Complete fluency with designing and writing maintainable, good performance code
** Understanding calls to SQL stored procedures using web services, and the ability to design and program Flash to work with a variety of data sources
** Able to work seamlessly in a team development environment, with team members concentrating in other application tiers
** Self-starter, adaptive, with the ability to work under project circumstances ranging from nearly-independent to closely-managed
** Complete understanding of the full cycle development (design, development and testing)
** Desire to work in a fast paced, evolving, growing, dynamic environment

** Advanced Adobe Flash experience is a must - minimum ActionScript 2, version CS3 & AS3 preferable

** HTML, JavaScript, XML, SOAP, Style Sheets, Web Services
