Job Description:

The Interactive Designer/Developer will be responsible for leading all website design and development initiatives for a broad range of online marketing clients in both an advisory and hands-on capacity. As a key member of a small and agile team, this position will drive projects through initial planning, design, development, test and implementation, and must work closely with internal creative and external client teams. The Interactive Designer/Developer will design and build user interfaces and supporting database applications and will develop and maintain database-driven, flexible web applications.

Requirements
- 2+ years web development experience.
- Full-time position applicants only - no freelance, contract workers, companies need apply.
- Experience doing web-based design/development work with portfolio examples.
- The ability to multi-task and succeed in fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficient in PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML, XML, & CSS, with significant hand coding experience.
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop with design experience highly beneficial.
- Experience with Flash highly beneficial but not required.
- The desire to collaborate with team members to generate innovative solutions for clients.
- Excellent communication skills for occasional client interaction.
- The ability to multitask, taking on a variety of roles and responsibilities for the good of the company and clients.
- Self-starter with the ability to identify client needs and opportunities and address them with little direction.

Work Environment
- A fun and nimble work environment with all the flexible perks that a small company offers.
- 8AM-5PM, Monday through Friday with occasional extended hours as needed.
- Dress is casual, with business casual required for client meetings.
- Strict confidentiality with client and company information is required.
- A non-compete policy will be required to be signed upon position acceptance.
