Job Description:THE ROLE:Due to continuing success we are looking for a an experienced, enthusiastic and motivated FLASH DESIGNER to join our highly skilled and expanding team. Our web design team have unrivallled experience in devoloping sites that regularly exceed client specifications. Whether entirely bespoke or budget solutions our aim is to fully understand the requirements of the project and deliver a website that fulfills its objectives insuring that it is delivered on time and within the budget. THE CANDIDATE: You must be able to work under your own steam and be able present solutions rather than just raise issues. your core skills will be as follows, and you will preferably be able to demonstrate your experience to us via publicly available websites. TECHNICAL SKILLS: With minimum 3-4 years experience in agency role, you'l be used working alongside Art Directors and Senior Designers and being responsible for turning concepts, scamps and visuals and more importantly IDEAS into Flash solutions. An excellent demonstrable understanding of Actionscript - AS2 (and ideally AS3) is rquired for this position and you'l be able to minimize timeline usage and be a master of writing.as files. you should write effecient well documented code. you'l also have the working understanding of HTML, DHTML, XHTML, CSS, Javascript and all wed devolopement and production processes. As well as being able devolop innovative. front end Flash content to a high standard you ust also have experience and be conversant in server side technologies. KNowledge of the use of web services is essential and also have a good knowledge of video and audio management including progressive download and streaming techniques. SALARY: An applicant with the above skills can expect a salary of UP TO £45k plus an excellent benefit package.
