Buying In: The Secret Dialogue Between What We Buy and Who We Are
| August 12, 2008

Buying In is a very entertaining business book which examines recent changes in the relationship between people and what they buy. It's author, Rob Walker, is a master storyteller. He writes the weekly column "Consumed," for The New York Times Magazine.

Reading this book lead me to discover design:related.com after I "googled" the name of the book's designer. Liz Cosgrove's design:related portfolio showed up in Google's search results.

You must have found the right place. I posted this review of the book at Salon not too long ago. I haven't read the book but I'll dig up the column.
