Ok, so I saw this and thought, "This can't be right." Apparently, Sky has worked with psychologist Donna Dawson who concludes that watching broadcasts in HD via Sky+HD can be used as a way to alleviate some of the symptoms associated with depression.
Check out Dawson's selection in Sky's (somewhat depressing) attempt to market more television to the depressed.

Despite the off-beat marketing strategy going on here, there are some all-around feel good movies in this list and some movies that make the tough times seem just a little less tough.
