theatrical gowns by Viktor & Rolf
| February 21, 2010

By the time Spring 2010 is here many of us will be very familiar with the Spring 2010 line from Viktor & Rolf. From model Magdalena Frackowiak on the cover of the February issue of Dazed and Confused to Lady Gaga's editorial feature in the January issue of Elle to an employee of Wallpaper magazine showing up in one of the dresses at the Wallpaper* Design Awards, the over-the-top designs are getting exposure off the Paris Fashion Week runway.

"The world has to cut back — and so did Viktor Horsting and Rolf Snoeren, the two designers behind Viktor & Rolf. They have one of the most entertaining and thought-provoking shows of the Paris season – and we never know what to expect of them.

They were exercises in geometry and illusion..." —The Wall Street Journal blog
