Willie Williams is a lighting designer and long time collaborator with the rock band U2. His stage and lighting design transcends pyrotechnics and the obligatory laser light show to create a holistic, engaging experience for the audience that is unmatched in the breed of arena rock spectacle. His work for U2's ZooTV tour in 1992 and subsequent tours thereafter is groundbreaking technologically, breathtakingly beautiful, and utterly wondrous.
