With the help of Chad Cherry's photography and occasionally other volunteers, J.R. Caines has created a visceral approach to your average beard-growing social network competition. On a daily basis he requires himself to create a new idea or theme to present his current state of beard through the use of photography. The online network Whiskerino.org has a limited amount of members who are required to grow a beard from the beginning of November to the end of Febuary and give regular updates with photos.
He has won the sought-after title of "King Beard" multiple times, and other members look forward to the continued creativity he brings to the community.
See his current 5-day storyline right now but also check out his earlier theme day work.
