Alphonse Mucha (July 24, 1860 – July 14, 1939)
It's one of the most impressive artists of Art Nouveau. He was an illustrator which gave an astonishing mood to his works.
The lines are fluid with wonderful curls and clean colours. The stroke is perfect, the faces full of details, giving life to the characters of the work.
My favourite pieces are "The Art" ("The Music" is shown in this post) and "The Seasons".
