Walker Evans and a SX-70 Polaroid Camera
| February 21, 2008

In 2001, Scalo published Walker Evans: Polaroids. Until purchasing this book, I had never seen Polaroid photography by Walker Evans. With a Polaroid camera and Evans’ natural aesthetic eye, mundane objects, people and places become works of art.

I love Walker Evans and I love this book. He produced these images later in his life and they are works of art as you said.
