<description>Youworkforthem - has a lovely little online mag called profile, Mike Cina not only an amazing designer but a great 'ideas man' - the best idea in a while is to interview killer designers so I can read about them.

yippee Mike Cina - thanks for interviewing Steven Harrington.</description>

      <title>Beautiful Losers - Evan Hecox</title>
      <link>http://www.designrelated.com/inspiration/view/mattbequiet/entry/767</link>
<description>Okay Okay, I'll admit I have (and will always have) a friendly man-crush on Evan Hecox - not exactly the way it sounds, but his work is so beautiful. It has an element that is so lacking in alot of design - most definitely in my own work - a sense that this work really came from experience, like Mr. Hecox is indeed part of another world. A world where people travel, where people document their life - on paper or on film - and don't spend every waking moment in front of a computer, eating, drinking and living in this digital world we've managed to make so comfortable &amp; home-like.

+ he's an incredibly nice person. I wrote him about his work and his response exceeded my initial email in length &amp; depth.

anyhow. check this out.

      <title>I'm rockin on your dime.</title>
      <link>http://www.designrelated.com/inspiration/view/mattbequiet/entry/759</link>
<description>I don't have a great deal to say about him - though, it's obvious by the fact that I'm posting him as an influence that - I'm 'influenced' by him. Not directly, but you know... indirectly - which means I might from time to time think "what sort of witty visual pun should I subtly slip into this...or that, today?" and not "I think I'll do a one color icon-o-graphic yetti-esque logo, today." does that make sense?
