MY BIO:
With more than 25 years’ experience providing creative counsel to corporate and not-for-profit organizations, my background includes brand advertising, positioning and messaging for print, web and broadcast; conceptual and design solutions for strategic communications and team building. I've had more than 14 years of senior-level experience developing, designing and implementing communications initiatives for institutions in the museum/preservation, tourism, education, retail, health care and financial communities.
As an independent creative, I can provide counsel to advertising agencies as well as corporate and non-profit clients. The Gettysburg Foundation, a non-profit partner of the National Park Service at Gettysburg, turned to me to develop a brand identity that reflected the significance of the place and what happened there. In addition to logos and stationery, I also designed on-site promotional materials, signage, advertising, booklets and brochures to support a $125 million fundraising campaign, and print collateral to support the foundation’s donor societies. Other recent clients include the Virginia Lottery, Ariel Preferred Outlets and the U.S. Department of Justice, which has commissioned me to design a book commemorating the art and architecture of its Washington, D.C., headquarters for its 75th anniversary.
Specialties:
Art Direction / Design/ Creative Counsel/ Good Friend and Loving Mother.
